Sanjay Dutt to file review petition in SC?
Even as the date for Sanjay Dutt's surrender nears, the actor reportedly prepares to file a review petition in the Supreme Court.

An English daily reports that Sanjay Dutt will file a review petition in Supreme Court against its March 21 order that upheld his conviction under the Arms'

Act and sentenced Dutt to five year imprisonment. As per the reports, Dutt plans to seek review on arguements that a confession made under TADA should not form the basis for conviction under other Acts.

Dutt earlier said while talking to reporters on March 28 that he will not seek pardon. After the SC verdict, many Bollywood actors and directors from Ajay Dervgn to Mahesh Bhatt sought pardon for Sanjay and argued that he has suffered enough. However, a week after the whole debate was heating up, a broken Sanjay Dutt came infront of the media and told reporters that he will not seek pardon.

Sanjay Dutt said, "There are many other people who deserve pardon. I want to tell with folded hands to the media, the honourable citizens of the country that when I am not going for pardon then there can be no debate about it."
